Privacy notice
This page explains what data this digital product passport collects when you scan it or submit a request, and what happens with it.
Who is responsible
Quality Textiles is the data controller for the data collected through this page. The platform that builds and hosts these passports processes the data on behalf of Quality Textiles.
Scanning itself
Scanning the code does not identify you. We do not record an IP address, cookies, a device fingerprint, or a location more precise than the country.
What we record for a request
Only if you submit the request form (for example to reorder this fabric or request a colour card): the email address, name and message you provide, plus a coarse location (country/region/city).
What we use it for
Only to answer your request. The data goes only to Quality Textiles and is never resold or used for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for at most 24 months. After that we delete the personal data (name, email address, message); the fact that a request once existed keeps counting for Quality Textiles's own records, without it being traceable back to you.
Your rights
You may ask at any time to see, correct or have your request deleted sooner. Contact Quality Textiles.
